The staff, Marissa and Elsa, provided excellent customer service, being friendly and helpful during our stay. The room had a comfortable double bed and a sofa with footstools. The modern and clean shower room had a pleasant view of playing fields. The hotel's bar area was laid back and comfortable, even allowing children to have a drink. The location was convenient for the airport.

The hotel is further away from the airport than advertised, but it's fairly close to the station, which is convenient for transportation. The lounge gets busy when there's football, creating a lively atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with nice amenities like a pool and gym. The staff is friendly and helpful, even accommodating a room change for better wifi. The breakfast is good with a variety of options.

The wireless internet is awful, with a weak signal and frequent disconnections.

And let's not forget the fantastic pool! It was a refreshing treat after a long day.

I had an amazing time at a hotel near Gatwick Airport. The room was spacious and had a fridge and microwave which were really convenient. The location of the hotel was also great, close to the motorway and airport. The staff were excellent and the late check-out was a bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at a lovely hotel recently, and I must say it was in a great location on a busy roundabout with easy access to supermarkets. The customer service was fantastic, and the room amenities were excellent, including an electric kettle, in-room breakfast, and a flat-screen TV. The leisure facilities of an indoor swimming pool, steam room, and sun loungers were perfect and the staff were highly professional.

Although the service was great, they struggled at times, which caused long waits, but I would still recommend anyone to stay here if they want to enjoy a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The breakfast buffet offered a variety of hot and cold options, with friendly staff. The hotel was conveniently located near Gatwick airport, making it easy for us to catch our next morning flight.
